Operations Checklist

Short maintenance checklist for routine operation of HFT71 Integration.

Daily

• [ ] Check HFT71 > Logi for repeated API failures (401, 403, 429, 5xx, timeouts).
• [ ] Verify new processing orders are getting _hft71_order_id.
• [ ] Confirm recent status updates are appearing (polling and/or webhook).
• [ ] Spot-check 3-5 high-volume SKUs for stock consistency.

Weekly

• [ ] Review failure trends by action (send_order, get_status, webhook, stock_sync).
• [ ] Validate webhook endpoint reachability and secret configuration.
• [ ] Confirm WP-Cron jobs execute at expected intervals.
• [ ] Run one controlled manual stock sync and verify updates.
• [ ] Spot-check model SKU mappings in HFT71 > Modele against live product catalog.
• [ ] Review plugin docs/changelog and update internal SOPs if behavior changed.
